This years event will be held in Pease Park, Austin Texas, on April 26, 2008

Welcome!

We are very pleased that you have chosen to volunteer your time for a great cause and a great tradition. As medical volunteers, your talent and skill is a great asset. Every year over a thousand people attend Eeyores. Most visit, have a wonderful time with the sights, sounds, and games. They eat, drink and are very merry!!

Occasionally, with this many people in attendance at an event, there is a need for medical attention. This attention can range from first aid: applying band-aids, to more complex assessment of needs. The medical assistance group has been an integral part of Eeyores since its very beginning, and we continue this tradition. As part of our event planning, we work closely with Austin-Travis County EMS to provide seamless patient care for those requiring more comprehensive care. We know that you will have a great time, and look forward to seeing you!
